South Florida Auto Food Fest
Vendors will be allowed to sell food and non-alcoholic beverages but must also commit to distribute tastings throughout the event. Entrants, participants, spectators by execution of the entry forms release South Florida Auto Food Fest Inc and anyone else connected with South Florida Auto Food Fest Inc from any and all known/unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that May be suffered by an entrant to his person or property. We reserve the right to relocate vendors arriving after 8:00 AM on Monday, September 4, 2017.
The South Florida Auto Food Fest “Mobile Food Contest” is a food contest where specially selected chefs and the public chooses the best mobile food in 10 separate categories. The categories include Best Appetizer, Sandwich, Soup, Salad, Entrée, Side Dish, Desert, Drink, Overall, & People’s Choice. Mobile food vendors are not required to participate in the Mobile Food Contest.
- Mobile food vendors must register their product(s) in the appropriate category(ies) when they check in on the day of the event.
- Judges will be visiting the mobile food vendors at their exhibit space to get a fresh tasting of the product(s).
- People’s Choice will be decided by the number of tasting coupons redeemed by 2:pm. All winners will be annouced @ 4:pm on the day of the event.
- Mobile food vendors will be judged on appearance, taste, general quality, etc.
- First Place for each category = $100. Second Place for each category = $50.

Vendors will only be allowed on the venue the day of the event.
Vendors that arrive to the venue after 8:am will be relocated.
Vendors must be set-up by 10:am.
Vendors will be allowed on the venue 6:am the day of the event.
Vendors will be allowed more time to set-up with preapproved

*The purpose of this event is a place where mobile food enthusiast gather to taste products from some of the best mobile food vendors. Admission ticket to the event gives the customer tasting coupons. Tasting coupons will only be valid from 10:am to 2:pm on the day of the event. Vendors will be compensated for redeeming tasting coupons. For each tasting coupon redeemed, the vendor will be paid $2.00.
*Registration Payment is REQUIRED before a Vendor Space can be secured. A receipt of payment will be sent via email.
